Returns & Exchanges Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases must be paid in full. All sales are final. Antique merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange and is sold “as-is”. 

Unless otherwise agreed upon by Elle Du Monde, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any used or installed product.

Georgia sales tax (8.9%) is due on each item except upon receipts of a valid Seller's Registration/Tax Certificate.

If there is a problem with your order or if an item is damaged during shipment, please hold on to the item and any original packaging and contact us immediately at hello@elledumonde.com.

Customers must contact Elle Du Monde within 48 hours from receipt of items for claims of issues or damages.
